Keary D Hayes I, has been a Real Estate Agent in Georgia since 1978. In 1990 he began originating mortgage loans in the state of Georgia, and in 2012 Keary became a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator through NMLS. He maintains both licenses to this day.

Acting in a dual capacity as a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator AND a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Keary has been very successful in structuring purchases and refinances by showing his clients ways to improve their financial status with "CASH OUT" refinances and “POSITIVE CASH FLOW” purchases.

Keary has been a resident of Ballground, Georgia for the last 16 years and has been a Metro Atlanta Resident since 1971.

Before Real Estate, Keary did financial planning, selling retirement plans and also had a Series 7 Stock Broker License. The training in all of those fields, is very much a part of the expertise required to do the work Keary does.

His goal is to become a “TUSTED ADVISOR” for a client, versus just being a person who simply unlocks houses or takes a loan application.
